The Oti Association's Cohen-Harris Resilience Center is dedicated to offering a comprehensive range of services. These include treatment, counseling, development, training, and research with a focus on preparedness, prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation. The center is committed to bolstering civilian resilience in the face of traumas, crises, and mass disasters, operating at local, national, and international levels.

Contributions
All contributions must be in US dollars made payable to “PEF Israel Endowment Funds, Inc.” and may carry a recommendation for the use of the funds. Minimum contribution is $25. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card donations.
Recommendations for a registered charity must include BOTH the charity’s full name and their 9-digit Israeli Tax ID number (“amutah number”). You can find currently registered charities and ID numbers here.

Checks must be made payable to “PEF Israel Endowment Funds” – no other words may appear on the “Pay to” line. We can receive checks via the US Postal Service regular or Priority Mail only. We CANNOT receive: FedEx, UPS, or other courier deliveries or postal services that require a signature. Since our mail is being forwarded you should expect significant delays in the processing of check donations.
